Agile Methodology
Our PPO model follows the Agile Methodology of project management wherein the entire procurement process is divided into 6 Modules and Each Module is divided into smaller components. Each component is further divided into tasks which are grouped together and handled by small teams based at our office in Bangalore, India.

Flexibility
Our model provides flexibility to the clients for retaining our service for one, more than one or all modules. The model also provides the option of having time gaps between various modules.

PAYG – Pay As You Go
Based on the nature of the project (number of line items to be procured) each module takes a specific duration and the fee for that module is directly related to the duration of the module completion. Client pays only for the modules subscribed to.
